When I was filling in all the relevant info for my profile, one of the questions was about learning new things and new techniques. It got me thinking and I headed over to the great oracle (You Tube) and just typed in paper flowers. I watched a vid on paper roses, but towards the end of the vid the woman doing the tutorial showed us what she did with the off cuts when she was finished making the roses (out of book pages). Little tiny books! Then I thought I might just try something a little different. I Googled images of Book Wedding Cake Topper and couldn’t find any for references. So this is what I came up with and I just love it so much. My sister then suggested they would be awesome for Graduation cakes as well. (Why didn’t I think of that?). I have just listed my first Book themed cake topper for just $25! There is seven handmade miniature books with three paper roses and book ribbon on top. It really is special!
